Our Process
1.
Site visit & measurements
An opportunity to discuss ideas, options, issues and solutions. Drawings on back of envelopes are accepted and photos are great.
2.
Initial plans and quote or estimate
Measurements from site visit used to create quote, or time & materials estimate. What’s the difference? A quote is a fixed price for the job so you know exactly what you’ll pay, whereas the final bill for an estimate can be changed as required.
3.
Create and Build
We set a start date and you will see your project progress to fruition at a steady pace. Only weather dependent outdoor work will interfere with our job for you. We will never switch to another job before completion.
4.
Enjoy
We appreciate the love you have for your home and hope our work brings you great enjoyment.
“Eleanor was always cheerful and obviously enjoys working with wood and solving problems. Because of the carpentry she did on my exterior doors and gates, my frontage has gone from looking like a derelict external space to a classy entrance. I am thrilled with her workmanship!”
— Pam, Camborne 2023
“We were delighted with Eleanor’s work at our home. She was efficient and professional and worked to an extremely high standard. She has great problem-solving skills, demonstrated for us as the work required creative solutions. Her communication is excellent, with great clarity about dates, costs and also throughout the work, what would be required. We would, and have, highly recommended Eleanor’s work.”
